Benevolence Ministry MISSION: To attend to the needs of the church members and the community. The mission is accomplished by providing assistance such as food, clothing, monetary supports (when funds are available) and assistance in identifying other resources and referral to community services.
Brothers Keepers Ministry MISSION: To enhance the edification, fellowship and relationship of men of all age groups and classes throughout the congregation. This ministry will encourage men to become godly Christian men and take their rightful place in the congregation, in their homes, community, and in this world.
Business and Finance Ministry MISSION: To maintain accurate records of church related to administration of activities associated with ensuring effective implementation of business responsibilities – including establishing business accounts necessary to the church’s function, paying bills, maintaining an effecting accounting system, maintain records of individual giving, collection and deposit of funds.
Education Ministry MISSION: To focus on the growth of members and nonmembers through Bible based educational classes, presentations and workshops. Activities are focused on Biblical truths in doctrine, acceptable worship and ministry. Bible study and classes are designed to improve the understanding and application of God’s word to everyday life. Classes are available for all ages.
Evangelism Ministry MISSION: To spread the gospel to all as commanded by Christ’s commission that Christians are to go and make disciples of all men, baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that He commanded. We invite the community to share in our activities and learn of the word of God. This Ministry works with all ministries of the Church to bring others to an understanding and acceptance of Christ.
Fellowship/Agape Ministry MISSION: To provide groups (divided by alphabet groupings) with an organized structure for fellowship among the members of the congregation through interactions, and ministry to the needs of the members.
Healthcare Ministry MISSION: To encourage and empower individuals to take responsibility for their own health, the collective health of their immediate and extended family, as well as the community at-large through health education and awareness.
Ladies Ministry MISSION: To bring together women of all ages and stages of life for edification, equipping, and evangelism in Christ Jesus through unique Bible studies, devotionals, programs, retreats and service projects. Senior Ministry MISSION: To provide Christian support and fellowship for senior members (age 60 and older) through events and activities focused on meeting their needs.
Singles Ministry MISSION: To provide spiritual activities that will uplift and enrich the lives of our singles by creating opportunities for fellowship with each other and interaction with the members of the congregation.
Technology Ministry MISSION: To provide and support the technology communication needs of the congregation. The primary focus is to establish and maintain first-class and cost effective accessible audio and visual communications that facilitates the spreading of God’s word.
Visitation Ministry MISSION: To maintain awareness of the status of current members – absenteeism, sickness or other concerns that have caused absence for at least three consecutive weeks from church, weekly worship or Bible studies. To follow up with contact to express concern and to offer assistance as needed.
Youth Ministry MISSION: The goal of this Ministry is to promote spiritual growth and provide spiritual involvement of youth through worship, training, mentorship, and involvement in service activities. Worship Ministry MISSION: To ensure that all worship services are conducted scripturally and in decency and order and coordinates the assignment of individuals to support the implementation of worship services.
